Artifacts
Displayed here are the sample products of my work from six(6) courses of the thirteen (13) courses pursued in the MSc IDT Program that were designed for training ,training adults and that were instructional in nature. Some of the artifacts displayed here ,showcase some of the theories such as Constructivism , Andragogy and E-learning Theory that I am interested in . I leaned towards Andragogy and E-learning because the I believe that the internet provides many platforms for customizing, authoring and disseminating multimedia and E-learning courses. Andragogical theory encourages on-line participation, and with E-Learning the learners are self-directed and responsible for their own learning.Experience can be gained through problem-solving and discussion. Various learning theories and approaches can be incorporated when designing and interacting with E-learning course. The use of discussion forums, blogs, wiki and on-line collaborative activities allow for learning by adults. Adults learn best by doing and in an informal situation .
