Vision

My vision is to excel in educating all types of learners by developing a reflective and individualized approach to lesson preparation, making use of effective use of media resources and modern technology, implementing the curriculum in a coherent and integrated manner, and demonstrating a greater competency in any learning environment through designing engaging learning activities and managing projects  that add to the experiences of learning and practicing ;while incorporating new ideas to help learners learn better.

Philosophy

My educational philosophy is to promote the educational and professional development of students and staff through growth of knowledge. I seek to emphasize the depth of the subject content while making learning meaningful and stressing critical analysis and creative thinking ,encouraging problem solving and also being supportive to all types of learners while encouraging self directed learning ,collaboration and active student participation. I believe technology should be used to incorporate media and design in the learning environment to deliver instruction and cause a positive change in the knowledge of the learner or the functioning of the learning environment thereby resulting in an enhanced performance of all individuals.
