To develop a reflective and individualized approach to training and design, make use of effective use of media resources and modern technology, implement the curriculum in a coherent and integrated manner, and demonstrate a greater competency in any learning environment.

 

To design engaging learning activities that add to the experiences of learning and practicing; while incorporating new ideas on how to help learners learn better.

 

To design an Online Learning Course using a Learning Management System to train Mathematics teachers in a Secondary School in Barbados in the Trigonometry component of the CSEC Mathematics Syllabus.
